Boil saucepan of water with a steam basket and steam potato, pumpkin, and sage, with the lid on, for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Drain water and place potato and pumpkin in a saucepan. Return to stove on low heat to steam dry the potatoes for 2 minutes. Shake the pot to stop the potato and pumpkin sticking.
Add the Camembert, warm milk and seasoning. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy
