Five Dishes with Five Ingredients Or Less

It’s that time of the day again, the dinner rush. The kids are getting hungry and time is running out to get a meal on the table. We have all felt the pressure, and it’s even worse when the cupboards are looking sparse, but we’re here to help! A bunch of our recipes can be built up with only five ingredients or less that you might have laying around the house. So, grab out those potatoes you’ve stored in the bottom cupboard and let’s get cooking!

1) Scallop Potatoes
The scallop potato is definitely a dish you can rely on when the cupboards are looking empty! With minimal ingredients you get the maximum taste too, so you can’t go wrong. You can even get creative and add some extra toppings to your taste that you have left in the fridge. You can see it here!

2) Roast potato popsicles with chorizo
With just some small blue or red potatoes, some chorizo (or any sausage you’ve got in the fridge or freezer) paired up with some fresh herb and spices and et voila! Dinner is ready for the family.
