INSTRUCTIONS

Air Fryer Jacket Potatoes are an affordable and simple meal option. You can make them as simple or as decadent as you like without breaking the bank. Try this recipe created by Mouthful Studios with 3 ideas for toppings!

  1. Prep your potatoes by piercing each one all over with a fork. Rub with oil all over and sprinkle on the salt.
  2. Lay them in your air fryer, ensuring they are not touching.
  3. Cook at 200º for approximately 45-50 minutes, making you turn them over half way through.
  4. Once the skins are crispy and insides soft, cut in half and fluff up with a fork.

We recommend trying the following topping combos:

  • Butter, baked beans and cheese, topped with crispy bacon, sour cream and chives.
  • Butter and cheese, topped with shredded roasted chicken, coleslaw and corn.
  • Butter and cheese topped basil pesto, fresh tomato and feta.

TIP: Air Fryer baked potatoes are the perfect base for any of your favourite toppings!
