Air Fryer Potato Tornadoes by Food Platter Mum

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 skewers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 garlic clove chopped (or garlic powder)
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS


Recipe for Air Fryer Potato Tornadoes by Food Platter Mum

  1. Push the skewer through the washed potato
  2. With a sharp knife cut around the potato in a spiral as you turn the potato. The knife should hit the skewer.
  3. Stretch out the potato across the skewer
  4. Mix the melted butter, parsley, garlic and salt together.
  5. Coat the potatoes well with the melted butter mixture.
  6. Air fry on 200 degrees for 15-20 mins or until golden and crunchy. Flip half way.
  7. Sprinkle some salt on top.

TIP: Try different spices to make new flavours!
