Par boil the baby potatoes in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 8 minutes or until they are fork tender. Drain and allow to dry in the colander.
Using a long metal or wooden skewer first pop on a potato, then a piece of lemon, then salmon, repeat and then finish with another potato. Finish all skewers.
Drizzle with oil and dust with dried dill.
BBQ or pan fry until the potatoes and salmon have some nice crispy edges on each side.
Season well.
Serve with dressing or a squeeze of lemon and fresh salad.
