Prawns Wrapped In Potato Noodles

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 medium white potatoes, peeled
  • 800g tiger prawns
  • 3 egg whites
  • Salt & pepper

ALSO GREAT WITH
Yellow Potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Peel prawns, keeping the tail on.
  2. Push potatoes through the curling machine, and place in cold water.
  3. Season prawns with salt and pepper, and dip in egg whites.
  4. Wrap potato lengths around the prawns until all is covered.
  5. Deep fry until cooked, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve with soy and kewpie mayo.
