About Chef Scott Bridger
Scott Bridger is a chef and part owner of Bib & Tucker, a popular restaurant in North Fremantle, Western Australia. He’s been a key part of the Bib & Tucker team since February 2012, bringing his passion for local, seasonal produce to the table. Before his time at Bib & Tucker, Scott spent nearly a decade as a private chef on luxury yachts, honing his skills in the kitchen on the high seas.

Recently, Scott has also worked with the Buy West Eat West Program’s Plating Up WA Campaign as Chef Liaison, where he worked with other chefs to develop innovative dishes using the best WA ingredients. Known for his love of fresh, local produce, Scott believes that Western Australia is the best region in Australia for seasonal supplies, and his creative dishes certainly reflect this.
